How it works!
Step 1 - Request a service
Get in touch via the contact form or Text to request a service. We will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm availability and arrange to drop off your items.
Step 2 - Drop off your items
Drop off your items at a pre-arranged time. You will be asked to complete a ticket to be attached to each of your items.
Step 3 - Collect and pay
You will be notified when your items are ready for collection.
We aim to turn items around in 2 wks
You can pay by cash or bank transfer. Please note: Turn around time may be longer in busy periods!
What we use!
We only use the best!
For cleaning we use Nikwax-Rug Wash this is so that turnout rugs do not get stripped of their waterproofing properties and maintains its breathability. It also revitalises insulation of rugs keeping your horse warm, dry and comfortable.
If your sending a rug in for reproofing, it will be treated with Nikwax-Rug Proof this will prolong the life of your rug by maintaining the waterproof layer.
We also offer to wash wool products. If this is something you require then we have on hand Nikwax-Wool Wash leaving the wool clean and conditioned.
Repairs
We undertake all sorts of repairs from small holes to larger recontructions.
We have high standards and attention to details when it comes to our own rugs so this a priority to our customers also.
So whether your horse's feild mate has had a little nibble or its taken maters in to its own hooves and caused the damage get in touch to discuss.
We will not go ahead with repairs without asking the customer beforehand.
